Quite often, even after we’ve chosen an item and purchased it successfully, there may be some things we might want to change or repair afterward - either during or following the delivery process, when filing a return or applying for using our warranty. Here we'll try to explain in plain terms how does our store’s warranty policy works and how you can be using it when shopping with us!

What Products are Provided with the Warranty?

Some of our items apply for an almost unconditional Lifetime Warranty. The specifications of this warranty are brand by brand and explained in your packaging if it applies. As a retailer we warrant these components to you, the original retail purchaser, to be free from material manufacturing defects. The lifetime duration of the Warranty means the standardized usage cycle for a specific item.

  • Repair & Refurbishing

    Our store will pay, within one year from the date of purchase, reasonable and conditional labor rates for refurbishing or replacing the defective parts and shipping costs.
  • Different Types of Warranty

    While for some items a lifetime warranty is offered, others offer limited warranty.
  • Warranty Exceptions

    All warranty are accepted within a normal usage cycle.

Where to Apply for Warranty Services?

Under these Limited Warranties, all of the legal liability of our store is limited to repair, or if required (or requested by the customer), replacement.

These Limited Warranties are not applicable for any products which ave been altered by any person, dealer, or company without the express written authorization of our store. PLease note, that some places Do Not Allow Limitations On How Long An Implied Warranty Lasts, So The Above Limitations May Not Apply To You.

In What Cases the Warranty is Not Provided?

There can be two limits for the Warranties issued with the purchase of the items on our website.

  • 1, 3 & 5 Years Limited Warranty

    The first one is the Warranty time frame, if it is limited to 1, 3 or 5 years. Hence the Lifetime Warranty is not time-restricted.
  • Regular Usage Check

    The second one is the examination of the item by our customer support agent, making sure the usage was regular.

Change and Return

NO REFUND - CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY.

Music Depot will only accept returns for credit with an invoice number provided by the client, within the first 30 days of your purchase.

A 25% restocking fee may be deducted before we process any credit.

The customer is responsible for freight charges (freight charges in both directions are applicable for free shipment items).

Music Depot will only process a return item if it contains of all original packaging, including but not limited to: boxes, cases, manuals, cables, warranty cards, etc.

Music Depot will not accept returns on consumable items, such as, without limitation, books, CD’s, DVD’s, software, harmonicas, reeds, strings (opened packaging), drumsticks, drum skins, clothing, stylus, media.

All returns will be subject to inspection for abuse or wear in which event additional charges may be applied.

Our Website and the products offered thereon are sold as is. Subject to provisions of any disposition of public order to the contrary, Music Depot shall not be liable for any damages and does not provide any other warranty than those specifically set forth herein. Music Depot makes no representation in relation with the use, download, effectiveness, exactness or reliability of the merchandise illustrated on our Website or in relation with the results pursuant to the use of the merchandise purchased from our Website. Music Depot does everything in its power to offer a Website free of errors, however Music Depot cannot be held liable for any error, including those relating to description, pricing or illustration. Music Depot, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, representatives or agents shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the Website or the merchandise purchased thereon, including the loss of data or loss of profit or the inability of the client to us said merchandise.

Music Depot will not accept returns after 30 days.
